This camper was manufactured in Aug. 2022 and put into service in June 2023. It has had very little use and is in excellent shape inside and out. I doubt the tires have anywhere near 1,000 on them and are 8 ply on15" steel wheels. It has a CURT Sway Control and power leveling jack front and rear. There are two double size bunk beds and a queen bed with topper. It sleeps 4-6 -8 max. The kitchen has
has a 10 1/2 cu. foot two door refrigerator, with freezer on top, a two-burner stove, microwave and a large sink with raised faucet. there is dinette with bench seats (makes into bed). It has an outside kitchen with two burner stove and min-refrigerator. The bathroom has a shower, sink with mirror above and a step on pedal flush toilet, It has a 13,500 BTU air-conditioner, automatic furnace & water heater. There is a 10 ft. power awning with LED lights, a 9' x 12' outdoor rug, and exterior mounted spare tire. It has blackout nightshades, and I have all the original paperwork=manuals, etc. There is an AM/FM radio and a roof-mounted Winegard enclosed TV tv antenna with booster that is wi-fi capable, and is satellite prepped. Go on the internet, RV dealers. etc amd check prices this is bargain! Fresh water tan=27 gal., Gray water tank=28 gal., Black water tank= 28 gal. Empty weight =3885, Hitch =516, GVWR= 4840(with freshwater tanks full)
