2004 West Wight Potter 19 Cabin Cruiser

This boat has quite a following and you can find a ton of info online:
https://www.blumhorst.com/potterpages/

Parts are also readily available: https://duckworks.com/potter-15-19/potter19/?_bc_fsnf=1&brand=107

Can sleep 4 Adults. Trailers Easily. Main sail and Jib on a rolling furler. Vertical lifting 400lb keel keeps the boat stiff, but also enables sailing right up to the beach. I've mostly rigged and sailed it single handedly.

Is in condition to sail - I had it out on the water last summer.

Has been stored indoors in a garage the entire time I purchased it in 2017 (except for some stints during the summers).

Has a porta John system. Stove for cooking. A handfull of fenders. Covers for sails and rails. I've never used the sink / plumbing. The water storage likely needs cleaned and the plumbing attended to.The cable for raising and lowering the keel should be replaced at some point but still functions. Trailer lights work.

I have also never used the electrical system (CB radio, stereo, boat lights), so I'm not sure what condition it's in.
