I will be moving to Grand Island in the Middle of August to the end of August (from out of state). I will be accepting a new position in Aurora and we will need a place to live for potentially 3 or 4 years. We do not have any pets, do not smoke nor drink alcohol. I will have a steady income and we take pride in a clean apartment/home.
We are looking for a 2-3 bedroom preferably a home, or an apartment. I am looking for something that has been well maintained and is in a good neighborhood. Preferably on the Southern part of GI (southeast or west is fine)
