I have the original jail cell formally located in Farwell NE years ago. From speaking with elderly residents and their decendants it was said to have been made by the ancestors of Baasch Welding in Cairo NE and was transported by wagon to its location in Farwell NE. The photo shows its use in my son's after prom party years ago, the cell is constructed entirely from riveted metal straps with a solid steel floor -no welds! Has two fold down bunks -see photo $500.00 Help preserve this piece of history... The cell measures approx. 51" Deep X 86" High approx. Thanks for your interest...
